      -Generous salary and benefits, yearly increases based on performance -Compressed work week, every other friday-off -Be a part of large-scale projects around the world -Employee resource groups outside work -Opportunity for foreign-assigments to other Fluor offices

      Cons

      -Fully on-site by default even if most projects are worksharing with head offices abroad and discussions can be facilitated through MS teams, WFH only available for some roles -Long work hours and overtime during friday-off becomes norm for fast-paced projects -Cycle of ups-and-downs with business lines mostly in oil and gas -Opportunity for growth largely depends on projects, otherwise mostly title upgrades
