Great Benefits, great processes for construction management, very experienced knowledgeable employees. Fluor will give you stretch opportunities for personal growth.

Cons

As a field engineer or manager travel will be required (1, 2, 3 year assignments), however the lucrative project packages make the assignments worth it. Every project's success is dependent on how the contract was set up and how the client helps or hinders your success.
