      Fluor management provides many opportunity's for committed , respectful employees who are willing to show trust, hard work and the understanding to promote "safety is #1" on the job., Fluor recognizes employees who are aggressive and trustworthy to step up to the challenge to go the next level.

      Cons

      Construction Industry is a hard business and working on construction projects in field will come to completion at end of the project! Unfortunately between jobs there could be many months of waiting before the next job. On Fluor projects the health benefits stop when the job stops, yet there is alternative healthcare programs as a choice.
