      Salary is in-line with competitors, 6 weeks vacation after 5 years for my job title, fair management with many project opportunities.

      Cons

      Different projects are subject to different state tax without company tax equalization.

      Working in a world class engineering and construction company. At least here in Chile, it is in the top paying companies for the positions.
