Technical training is very good compared to others, benefits are great (again, compared to other EPCs). Huge portfolio of projects so there are opportunities for work sharing with other offices

Cons

Long hours, you cannot fully work from home. Presence in the office is a must (hybrid arrangement is possible depending on your lead)
