Pros
I have been an associate design engineer for two years and I have learned a lot from the projects I have been involved in. I appreciate the opportunities for professional development, the supportive work environment, and the recognition of my achievements. I think Fluor is a great place to work for anyone who is passionate about engineering and innovation
Cons
I appreciate the efforts that have been made to provide us with a comfortable and well-equipped workspace, but I also feel that the location is a disadvantage for attracting and retaining talent. Farnborough is not a very accessible or attractive area for many potential candidates.
