- good work-life balance - ability to work remote

Cons

- low salary - pay raises are rare and low - salary is very much based on billable hours - not many options for career advancement

I can say many but here are few The flexibility to expand Professionally and Technically gives me more independence over my time. There is more time for workers to pursue their passions outside of work. Great Mentoring System in place.
