1. For engineers most of the work are modeling and drafting. 2. Timing issue. you have to work 9 hours 30 minutes a day

Cons

Insane leadership turnover. Large percentage of employees and leadership have left the company. Flowserve does NOT care about their employees. Flowserve is doing their best during a bad market but focus on employees is zero.
