Big group, with a lot of different companies. There are opportunities for various professional experience

Cons

Each company act as a single, not as part of the group. No common rules applied, few possibilities of growth for employees coming from different companies

Pros

The people at the Springville Facility and valve service centers are great to work with. Many have been with the company for 10-20 years or more, going through mergers but remain loyal. Quality product with strong value.

Cons

Many changes through corporate mergers make company direction cloudy at times. Not much different than any other company going through mergers, and management turnover.

Pros

Good bonus structure and decent base pay, great people to work with at individual contributor level. Some managers were great.

Cons

Bad senior management, too much focus on share price, too many hours and phone calls at home. I have no problem taking a call after hours, but three times on a Sunday for something that is not due until the following Friday is ridiculous. Having to call security to turn the lights back on because you are in the office past 11:00 p.m. is ridiculous. Working until 4:00 a.m. then coming back at 7:00 a.m. three days in a row is ridiculous. I say "ridiculous" because all projects could have been accomplished in a 9-5 work day.
