      Pros

      I didn't realize how ethical Flowserve was until I worked for other companies. I miss the straight forwardness. Salary and bonus are fair. This is a good company to get experience from.

      Cons

      It's hard to move up if you're not a falling into line "yes" man.

      there really is nothing good to say about the place, except many shop employees are well above office people in training and skill.

      Cons

      Long hours, mandatory overtime, very poor leadership,low employee morale.
