      Flowserve Raleigh has lots of great people, the management is engaging, the business is hands on, the work is a challenging as you want to make it for yourself.

      Cons

      Clunky/old but proven systems for getting work done too many HR type secrets mysterious recruiting and hiring practices lots of red tape not for the average millennial

      Pros

      i worked there a number of years ago and it was a place that struggled to make changes. There were some great people in management that were fighting the fight to make it successful.

      Cons

      Overall, there were a small group of employees who had a negative impact on the whole team. i understand that some have left, which may help the whole group.
