      Pros

      Generally great people to work with. The organization strives to improve. Good training opportunities. Great profit sharing/bonus program. Good work ethics.

      Cons

      Work load fluctuates with the power market. During slow business periods, there is a potential for layoffs. Vernon manufacturing plant location is awful and air quality in the general area is very poor.

      Plenty of training opportunities. Company does its part in keeping the talent. Laid back management allowing for relaxed work environment.

      Customer focus can be very stressful on the employees. work/life balance can be a challenge sometimes.

      People are very friendly. Helpful people to work with.

      Cons

      Red Tape is the serious issue while working. Management does not care about personal skills. They care only for performance reviews. You can not do your work in creative ways, work has to be done per managers choice.
