low chances for opportunity to be in higher level or to promote due to the company huge size the ability to modify or change is hard ability to be flexible is required from your side & not from management side.

better, engineering R & D needs to be improved. new products other than valves pumps & seals needs to be in the portfolio. like hydraulics(power packs, cylinders etc) which we already have proficiency in.

needs to be revised travel policy for India employees.

The company has adequate salaries overall and the plant is very familial.

Cons

Upper management continues to hire outside of the company, and the new management team refuses to learn our current processes before making drastic changes. We are more focused on shipping product on time than thinking and preparing for long term progress. The buddy system that is mentioned is alive and real. This may be the type of environment in which you thrive. Overall the company is incredibly toxic. There is no stock put in furthering education, in fact managers rejected many requests to go back to school.
