      Good Place for diploma holders & engineers with mechanical design background. Fair onsite opportunities to business units.

      Rules on office timings in-out. No work from home option.

      Good benefits and pay was good

      Cons

      Management treats their employees in a negative way. They do have buddy system which is not right. You will work to many hours and not have a life outside of there. There is a lot of gossip like being in elementary school. You can not trust most people there. Don't ever plan on any raises or bonus because it won't happen but they will tell you there is but they lie. You can't mess up cuz one boss believe's you have to be perfect even if your new and mess up then your write up.
