Pros

Shop is climate controlled is the only pro!

Cons

The management could care less about the employees. The Tulsa facility is ran horrible they want you to rush thru everything. Everything is based of efficiency. The times they give you to do is unreal. They use that to give a crappy raise if you even get one. Then they wonder why parts are wrong. First it's efficiency then quality then safety. They act like it's the other way around. Everyone tells on every one. Even the word Christmas offends people. Only way to move up is kiss butt. They also have no hr so management can do what they want! You may be on 40 hours all week then all of a sudden mandatory ot planning sucks! Worst place I have ever worked!

Pros

It has its ups and downs. There great pay, great benefits, lots of opportunities for training, safety is a priority for the company. Company has done a great job about making cuts without having to lose employees

Cons

but I think opportunity for moving up in the company takes a long time. Superficial recognition is given for hard work. It is not given with great benefits or shown in the pay.

Worth a look

Pros

Friendly workforce, hardworking and smart. Many long-timers, some in excess of 30 years. Training available for those who want it. A relaxed dress culture with some flexibility on how/when you put in your hours.

Cons

Always looking to cut costs (of course). Closing manufacturing plants, so prospects may be limited for some locations. Lacking in diversity. Tied closely to Oil&Gas, so expect business (and your compensation) to follow this cyclical market.
