1. Very little or NO exposure to actual business and you will be shielded. Management jumps inside for all meetings even if they have no idea what it is and the actual engineer is always left out. Business inefficiency due to ego. 2. Management is self-centered and force subordinates into unethical practices such as over charging customers with bigger bills. 3. Management lacks understanding of business. The kind of job being done are small tasks and are generally assigned to a single person. For some odd reason management insist on team work and no one knows how. 4. Close tie between HR and management. So when a manager harasses you, there is no where to go. 5. New opportunities are never even made known to existing employees and are not asked if they are even interested. Managers pocket them most of the time.

Management is stuck in their ways. Very little room for growth unless you're friends with them. Company no longer cares about employees or their contributions. The company would rather send jobs overseas then keep the knowledge of current employees.
