Pros

I love working for Flowserve. Manager for the region is incredibly easy to work with and always goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Quality of life is exceptional compared to similar roles with other companies.

Cons

Salary is a little low, but still competitive. However, the quality of life trade off is worth it to me.
