What a honor would be for any firm when a former or current employee writes a lot of Pros. But Flowserve won't ever care about this. Hungarian management is incredibly incompetent and insencere. Their purpose is not to fulfill great job every day, reaching great achievements or keeping people's motivation constantly high. Gripping a lavish monthly income without advising better solutions or more realistic processes to higher management is all that really they are able to do. Employees are not your enemies and in 2019 you should either be modern enough to understand this or get away from your chairs and work anywhere, whatever else, but stay away from people.
