Incompetent Leadership - The leadership at Flowserve was a masterclass in incompetence. Supervisors consistently demonstrated a lack of vision, failing to communicate clear goals or provide meaningful feedback. Decisions were made arbitrarily, often ignoring the input of experienced team members, leading to costly Heartless Termination - As a former employee of Flowserve, I can confidently say this company is a disgrace. After years of dedicated service, I was callously let go due to my disability. Instead of offering support or reasonable accommodations, management saw me as a liability and discarded me without a second thought, showing a complete lack of compassion or integrity.
