      Good company, lots of products and facilities. Good people, lots of knowledge.

      Cons

      Bad hiring choices in middle management. New CEO has a "my way or the highway" vision. New processes rammed down our throats with little to no training on them or waiting to see if they are working. This is done across the entire company fitting the business or not. New processes a square pegs shoved into round holes, all job functions are handled in silos from a 20,000 foot view with no regard how that affects each working business unit.

      good company with good products encompassing big customer data base

      Cons

      last 3-4 yrs they have recruited worst mangers without having relevant experience i, making good people leave . Almost all middle management doesnt give any input to bussiness and useless ;knows nothing except good talkers and poltician with great skill of licking n butterring their boss. u wont get promotion if you are hard working and talented guys. dont spoil your future careeer.
