      Pros

      Company is doing a good job navigating the Covid environment with mix of in-person and remote work depending on individual's comfort level. There is an increased recognition of the value of the contributions made by all types of employees, with particular attention to those groups that have previously been under represented. They are targeting more "green" markets as their traditional Oil/Gas customer base has started to likewise shift.

      Cons

      A large company with entrenched executive members. It's hard to be nimble when you are $4B in sales. Turnover is a concern in some key areas.

      Learn new things, gain new experiences

      Cons

      No leadership, constant change orders because nobody sticks to a decision. No real standards and very poor work load expectations. The department I was in had constant politics and backbiting. Colleagues had more pull in your career than your boss does. Its a bad place to work for your mental health.
