      Pros

      Great products with good service. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch with the many plants they own, and M&A's are completed without proper due diligence and transition planning.

      thriving gossip culture, inexperienced unskilled leadership - promotion based on gossip and who you know not on what real companies base promotion recognition and advancement

      Benefits and lots of time to work.

      Cons

      Not a good place to work, low salary heavy lifting, dusty and dirty facility. Leads are rude, if you are not favorite by the leads no good feedback to the manager. Poor management . Women are not good for this kind of job.
