      Pros

      Focus on values, safety. Highly profitable sector yielding better than average compensation and a relaxed place to work.

      Cons

      Leadership capability is low, organization is highly matrixed, accountability vs responsibility unclear, strategy is poorly constructed, poorly executed then changed half way through. Backlog, inventory, lead times, costs are sky high but leadership morale, asset utilization, and OPEX capabilities are low. An engineering company of yesteryear, glossy marketing with little substance in the order to cash value value stream.
