      If you have Narcissistic tendencies, you will be permitted to hone your skills freely and cause all the strife your damaged self can muster. Abundant pool of monkeys for supply. C Suite dedication to wokeness eliminates any possibility of your actions to be considered misconduct.

      Cons

      Must be of Narc nature, or a willing supply, to be treated decent. Woke culture eliminates any defense from Narc abuse. Investigations are for the purpose of supporting a termination while ignoring the relevant factors. Dedication is of no value.
