      My time at Flowserve has been nothing but positive. The organization does an exceptional job at providing engaging projects, challenging opportunities, inclusive teams and unmatched exposure to the executive leadership team.

      Cons

      One concern or improvement that could be helpful moving forward resides in cross-platform standardization and eliminating work duplication across the organization.

      Pros

      This role gives you the opportunity to travel around NAM and make connections with people at the manufacturing and ORC locations. Great benefits are included with this role and its also full time which takes away from feeling like an intern. Building relationships throughout the organization. Take on challenging projects and gain experience in different departments within the organization. Finding out where your location will be in advance to take stress out of the hiring process.

      Cons

      Moving every year and navigating through that process. Managers or colleagues not understanding the role and treating you like an intern at times.
