Good program, little control

Pros

There is heavy focus on developing the program and those within it. Great work/life balance There are some good projects that could really help you grow and learn

Cons

There are a few locations that are highly undesirable. Little to no control over where you would relocate to Relocation seems completely random some associates get extremely close locations whereas others move from East coast to Midwest or far north to far South. Salary remains almost the same for the span of the 3 year program.

Pros

My interview went well, i like my supervisor and my team. The office building is modern and has free parking. I work from home 3 days a week. The laptop they provided is sufficient for work.

Cons

Learning the job is a bit slow.

Great onboarding with an excellent training in all necessary plants. Great colleagues who are friendly and helpful. You will be treated respectfully company wide. Great Management with enormous knowledge
