      Excellent benefits (medical, 401k, vacation, education). Overall good corporate culture.

      Cons

      Office politics. Unfocused idea of where the company is going. Upper mgmnt to quick to use layoffs to change bottom line.

      Pros

      With respect to the changes being made due to the economic downturn, through 2008 the benefits package was outstanding in my opinion. Health care was well covered. Salary, bonus and profit sharing was a nice combo. Additionally, the work/family balance was very nice and there was a high level of flexibility. I also liked the number of community volunteer activities that you could choose from.

      Cons

      It had become a bloated company with too many senior level people (a number without staff to manage). Additionally, I believe the review process could use overhauling (mixed signals on ratings/ranking) coming from HR and the department management.
