      Pros

      large technology investment so they were moving in every direction at once, recognizable brand so it looks good on your resume

      Cons

      too many politiics and hard to get recognition for hard work, limited opportunity for advancement and the office conditions were cubicle hell

      Pay for the liscencing and training, a good way to get a quick introduction into the financial services world...they pay and train you while you get real life experience...good benefit package

      Cons

      your tied to your cubicle on the phone..not much freedom during the work hours, everything is scheduled...micromanaged

      Even though it is not the same company as it was 10 year ago it is still a good place to work if you have a drive and can work in fast paced and volatile environment

      Cons

      A lot of turmoil and politics, management has good talks, but don't really follow up on their words and policies.
