Pros

Incredible job security, profit sharing and matching at 7%, full dental medical and vision. You will receive great off and on the job training on important financial issues, you will not find any other financial services company that takes you out of production in order to train you. Get 90% of your education costs paid for with CFP, MBA classes. Overall great benefits, great training.

Cons

The vast majority of employees will work in a call center so you will work in a cube and have no independence. You will be preached to about meaningless statistics and will take dozens of phone calls everyday. Management is unclear about the direction of the internal career paths because the directors will not pass it down, definitely an issue. Pay is mediocre in comparison to other firms, but you job security is huge in our industry and you can be a bump on a log for the next 40 years if you want.

Good place to work. Lots of scope for promotion. Friendy PPL. Nice location, big campus. No taxs in New Hampshore.

Cons

Nothing big at this time. However just regular concerns. Working hours long. No compensation for putting extra hours as such.
