-Friendly Co-Workers -Good Work-Life Balance - Good benefits -The heads of the company can be pretty generous when the company is doing well - Free training - Free milk and biscuits in the tea areas. -They encourage you to think about your career and move about within the company - Lots of chances to meet people high in the company (This is a good opportunity you aren't as likely to get at the bigger offices)

Cons

- Because there are a lot of security precautions which make some jobs which should be simple very convoluted. The precautions are all very understandable, but they do get annoying when you work with them.
