Pros

- Flexible working location (work from home, the office or depending on project locations) - You get to travel with different projects - Ever changing projects, no one day's the same, so you can expect to learn a lot of things - The company is growing rapidly = opportunities of growing with the company and/or career path within the company increases - Super friendly and helpful colleagues - Perks of going to Fever events for free or big discounts

Cons

- No work-life balance: HQ in Madrid = late working hours if you have meetings with people in Europe, Events industry = working on the weekends when things pop up, The operations team is still lean in the ANZ region = you might not have a backup when you need time away - Company is restructuring: the HQ tend not to take feedback from the ground very seriously so it could be a bit challenging sometimes when extra support is needed especially during the restructuring of the company - Pay isn't ideal if you have a non-managerial or BD role
