      Pros

      A part of the entertainment and event industry. Pay increases with more events you are involved with. Flexibility and creativity is allowed. Work life balance is fair for the entertainment industry. Overtime is always provided if needed.

      Cons

      Lack of communication across the company. Lack of direct contact between the corporate teams and on-site teams. Corporate get regular pay, while on-site event workers get extra pay per event on top of their base pay. Upper management does not care about the details of events.
