Pros

Fever is a great company who does some really cool stuff. It’s a good company to work for! Everyone I’ve met via video chats has been nothing but lovely.

Cons

I’m not really seeing any opportunities to grow in the company. I’d like to do more than just be a bottom of the totem pole PT Event Manager. There’s nothing wrong with being an EM, and it’s a great “gig” and it’s easy, but you can’t rely on this for money. It’s more of something you do for supplemental income.

Just a bad company - toxic environment, bad management

Pros

Free biscuits, free fruit, some people are nice

Cons

If you have the right connections, you might secure a slightly better salary — though compensation remains below industry standards. There's significant disparity across roles, and employee mistreatment is common, with HR typically clueless. Despite promoting a culture of flexibility, this largely depends on your manager’s discretion. Some are supportive, but others make things unnecessarily difficult. The environment often feels immature and unprofessional, with many inexperienced employees and a notably toxic atmosphere. Salaries are low — among the worst I’ve been offered. When it comes to raises, management is evasive, often giving excuses. The only effective way to secure a raise is by threatening to leave, at which point they may suddenly recognize your value. If you're looking for fair treatment and career growth, this company may not be the right choice.
