Pros
you can work from the confort of home.
Cons
Low salary. Night shifts under paid. Breaks are out of your working schedule (which is illegal). The events they promote aren't as described which implies 1000 of angry and unhappy customers reaching you. They change your time schedule without any notification, then you miss day of work and later on they can take it out of your wage. :D Managers discourage you from working well, when a agent makes a mistake they quickly attack him/her and accuse her... Well done you! what a way of training and making your employers better and eficient! on the top of this they tell you to ask them anything, when you ask them they either tell you that you should know it or you look at the training document... xD Although there is a good working enviroment within the customer support team, all agents are unhappy and talk in the back about how bad the conditions are, and nobody does anything about it. You have to keep an eye on the monthly dashboard because they mistakenly might have counted your hours wrong (always less what a coincidence) When I left all the agents that worked there for long and had a fixed contract left... this shows how much they care about them. Instead of caring about their emplyees making them stay and improve the conditions, they preffer to hire new ones with short-term contracts.
