Lots of learning plataforms/courses to complete your formal education. Great benefits such as meal vouchers, gym pass, employee clubs with exclusive offers, pension plans etc. depending on the position it could be great for work-life balance.

Cons

Difficult and slow promotions. Very specialized positions that can get boring at a time. Old-fashioned mid-management although they are trying to improve. No remote working, not even a day.
