Pros

- Great managers and educators, available and willing to teach lower level C suite (some of the subsidiaries of the company)

Cons

- The actual Challenge program fell through during my time. We were promised a mentorship program, the opportunity to present our experience to the directors, field site visits to other locations, and help with transitioning to a full time role. None of that has happened.
