      •You will get good salary and benefits, especially if you are working with Ferrovial in a country like the USA where there are no many benefits in most companies. •If you are a good asset, let's say smart, problem solving and improve flawed processes, you will get recognition. However, the issue may be so far deep down that it may be out of your hands. •Get along with who you have to get along and you will move faster. This company is a family. However is you don't fit within the Ferrovial culture you may struggle to survive.
