None. The work and systems are the same as any other main contractor.

Cons

Where do I start? First and most importantly, they make claiming lodge on HS2 hell. Why is it that on every JV I've been on, its only Ferrovial to cut their employees benefits ? So, no overtime pay, struggle to get a car and subsistence. Ironically if you are Spanish, the red carpet is rolled for you.

If you are not a Spainard C-level Executive from Spain, this company's headquarters, there is absolutely no growth or promotion as the colonization of USA continues with these arrogant, selfish and cheap foreigners. Unless you are an American who wants to be underpaid, unappreciated, and overworked, RUN, DONT WALK! Such an unprofessional group of clowns.

- very flexible in terms of wfh, in office etc. - everyone is very friendly - lots of training is provided (such as Spanish lessons for all)

Cons

- although we got small payrises each year, it was difficult getting a payrise to be paid market rate for my role and experience.
