      Pros

      - Opportunity to travel, which can is something I enjoyed - Most of the people here are very nice and look out for another

      Cons

      - Management will do everything in their power to get away with paying you as little as possible unless you're a C-level employee. - Many people are currently leaving due to lack of any raises, bonuses, or opportunity to move up in the company and the constant excuses by management that they have no power to make the required changes.
