Ferrovial is a good place work due to the people and atmosphere on my projects

Cons

Apparently this is not true for all projects For a role that requires over-time you struggle to get payed for this or don’t get payed much extra. The graduate raises are good but starting salary is below what it should be. There isn’t much advantage of being on the grad scheme as the training is poor.
