Pros
Small corporate office that will help develop your skills as you have an opportunity to be a part of a variety of financial departments. Good if you're starting out so you have a great sense of business and how Finance plays their role in it. Management was very good and flexible. VP of Finance is still one of the best managers I've had.
Cons
Due to the smaller nature of the office, there might be times you will have to work late but like I said, management is very flexible in taking this into account
