Pros

Good Team, well motivated, flexible hours to enter. Between 8:30 am and 9:30 am is OK to enter, of course completing the total hours. Good Spirit to win contracts.

Cons

Lack of efficency, big company slow pace taking decisions. No contracts for new employees only as intern. Intern are there for years and years making the work of real employees but paying then less than the half.

Pros

Very professional environment compared to other companies on its sector. Acceptable work-life balance. Continuous professional challenge if you are willing to face it.

Cons

Currently little professional growth opportunities within Financial Departments as current staff is still young enough to stay in the company and no acquisitions are being made that allow human resources relocation.
