Pros

Co workers are nice, big name on CV, decentish training, reputable projects

Cons

Extreme nepotism, extreme favour to Spanish nationals, no benefits, no overtime pay (weekend + nights), no flexibility, alot of lies. Company which favours profitability over reputation; very aggressive commercially, which leaves a very bad taste with suppliers.

Great for insiders

Pros

If you are a Spaniard, and related to one of the top executives, there is no place better for you. 6-figure salaries easily as high as $200K, great benefits, free car, free training, free airline tickets, and many of your expenses abroad will be covered.

Cons

If you are an outsider, you won't make that kind of salary, they won't care for you, no training, performance doesn't mean anything, and there is a glass ceiling for your growth and promotion.
