Pros

Large projects, massive company, a lot of resources

Cons

All management is from Spain. They refuse to listen to any advise from those of us who have been working in Texas our whole career. Management uses bullying tactics to drive production. Not just in the field, but office support and professionals as well.

Pressure to lie, unachievable goals

Pros

High turnover staff so permanent jobs always available

Cons

Major pressure to lie about project progress for directors (not small lies, big lies!). When you get found out, your manager who pressured you to lie turns it on you and denies all knowledge! This has happened to many people i worked with here and me. Awful place. Managers do not care about you becuse they are to worried about getting fired themselves.
