-I brought home bed bugs from our work from some of the disgusting coworkers that were using the lockers around me -The building, including the break rooms and bathrooms, is infested with roaches -Management is constantly in a power struggle with one another across departments instead of making an effort to work together to achieve goals. -There are long periods of time without much work to do, followed by long periods of time where we can't keep up with how much they are throwing at us. -To my above point, we have been bored at work all day for weeks, we have 28 shipping containers in the yard from this week alone now, and were told next week we would start working mandatory 80 hour weeks. 7 Days a week. -Employees from the "co-pack" (production area basically) department constantly do not follow proper procedure and are never reprimanded nor corrected, causing a lot of lost and damaged product.

You will never make up for leaving money on the table when you come thru the door. The yearly raises are pretty much a joke, they don't cover cost of leaving. Everyone gets same raise, does not matter if you do a good job or nothing.
