      Pros

      You get to learn the various aspects of shipping goods via aircraft. You have the opportunity to get familiar with all the equipment used in the ramp activities.

      Cons

      Management Organization could be improved, its hard to tell who is in charge and who you report to.

      -401k -Health benefits -Paid Vacations and time and a half -Tuition Assistance up to 3k per quarterly year

      Cons

      -You feel ripped off at the hours, I work in PVDA and I'm guaranteed 17.5 hours. If you try to work extra shifts in the mornings it feels like its not worth it because it counts towards the minimal 17.5 hours - not much room to move up in the company. - You have to take a stupid Defensive Driving class to become DOT certified. I've gone like three times to the class and failed for parking too close to the parking space

      decent benefits, MM, Dental, Vision, vacation, travel, etc. for part time decent managers that still care about their employees! most employees are team players in addition to good individual performers

      Cons

      odd hours are part of the Fedex Express business plan that make their system so effective and efficient, but difficult hours to adjust to, however no job is perfect! YES?
