Pros

The company has a great culture. It easier to access that culture if you work in a professional position. We were invited to town halls, sales team meetings and trainings often. FedEx focused on relationships to maintain value with their customers. That means a lot...to the right person/people.

Cons

After COVID, the market retracted and the competition (UPS, USPS and Amazon) maintained very competitive pricing options. FedEx does not take the bate on the rate to the bottom but I was hindered on many occasions when trying to win business. I also had issues with drivers/contractors more than I care to admit. Trying to put out fires and play defense and offense at an account at the same time is annoying. FXE customers were concerned with the network merger as they did not trust FXG contractors to handle their packages the same way FXE had for 10, 20, 30+ years.
