Pros

Overall a low stress easy job with KPI's that are relatively easy to hit.

Cons

Pay isn't where it needs to be for this role. You are sales, account management, customer service, and Customer success all in one role. They are also implementing cost cutting measures and have laid off an entire office just because they could. That office was above quota but stock value is worth more than people that put 20 years of there lives into the company.

Pros

I work with wonderful people and have great work-life balance. The work we do is impactful on a global scale, and our overall business strategy of targeting higher value markets is promising.

Cons

Recent executive leadership decisions are questionable - layoffs feel extremely short sighted and took great employees but left some dead weight. The company is so large you really are just a number beyond your immediate leadership who have no say in decisions like layoffs. Morale has taken a nose dive because of it.
