- Remote work - Normally good work life balance - Lots of opportunities - No fear of losing your job

Cons

- Slow moving and complicated - Work Life Balance can get sidelined when your director or manager is afraid of standing up for your team - Many under-qualified and under-motivated employees because they aren't afraid of losing their jobs - Don't reward loyal high performers adequately - Lower level management is scared to rock the boat and tell upper level management they are wrong - Started using large numbers of low quality vendors in recent years to supplement developer numbers which puts undue strain on the limited number of quality developers - Low pay

Good company, terrible hours

Pros

Managers are always around and helping when you need it. The hourly pay is a guarantee and you get an increase after a certain amount of time. Plus you get paid every week. The benefits are great and are received after 3 months. You can work on any of your days off if you want to and are able to move up to better positions. It’s a far from new company so everything is pretty organized.

Cons

They don’t train new hires very well or at all which can really mess up the work flow. The labor can be really hard on your body and isn’t worth the pay. Every day for every week is a new start time so you will never have a good sleep schedule or outside life. They will hire you as full time with an actually daily schedule, but I’m reality it’s all over the place and part time.
