Depending on how busy it is, management will work you to the bone. Some of the management here seem like they have no common sense, and you wonder how they came to be in charge of people. People constantly quitting after being here for just a few days because of how bad it is. Instead of offering raises they give you safety coins for good work, which you can only use to get Fedex merch… this is not a career, this is just a job until you can find something better.

-expects WAY too much from people (THEY SAY SAFTEY IS #1) ;however when your about to pass out from the heat, some dumba…. is behind you with a timer counting your “packages per hour” …….?? -Managers are cocky and lazy as he|| (not all but most of the older male managers) , don’t wanna help you out, just want to “document” things to make them look good to their boss -expects you to work 30 min past the time your supposed to get off, however writes you up for Litterly being only 2 min late from your 10 min break……
